Design

Avita, Inc. and avitaNetwork are the inspirations of Los Angeles based designer Amanda Shi. She developed the name Avita from the Italian word "vita," meaning life. And it is obvious that her vision encompasses not only the richness that clothing brings to our lives, but in the case of eco friendly apparel – “vita” means making our planet a better place to live. 

Her aesthetic designs blend classic with contemporary touches, and includes sweaters, tanks, dresses and a variety of sheer over-lays with bold patches, asymmetrical lines and strategically placed cutouts. The result is unique, offbeat pieces that reflect a playful everyday luxury and can be worn for work or play.
